How to withdraw to your Visa card
- Open the cashier and choose "Withdrawal".

- Enter €25 or more and confirm.
- Follow the status under "My account" > "Transactions".
Your request shows as "pending" for up to 72 hours while it is reviewed, and you can still cancel it during that window. After approval the card is credited within 3 to 5 business days. Before your first withdrawal, the casino checks your identity: ID front and back, a proof of address under three months old and, on request, a copy of the card you paid with.
