Tortuga Casino app for Android and iPhone
The Tortuga Casino app puts the casino on your home screen. You open it with one tap, sign in with your Tortuga Casino account and play, deposit or withdraw straight from the icon. Android and iPhone users both get it through the download button on this page.
What you can do in the app
The app opens the same account as the website. In it you can:
- sign in or open a new account;
- make a deposit or request a withdrawal from the cashier;
- play slots and live casino tables;
- activate the welcome bonus and follow the weekly promotions.
Your balance, bonuses and game history belong to your account, so you see the same balance when you sign in on a computer.
How to get the app on your phone
On Android, the app installs from an APK file. Tap the download button, open the file once it has downloaded and, when Android asks, allow your browser to install apps. Then tap Install. The APK installation guide goes through each step and the most common error messages.
On iPhone and iPad, tap the same button and follow the route shown for iOS. To play straight from the browser, open the Tortuga Casino site in Safari, tap Share and choose Add to Home Screen: the casino then opens from its own icon.
The download page shows which version fits each device, including computers.
App or mobile site?
Both open the same account, so the choice depends on how often you play.
| App | Mobile site | |
|---|---|---|
| Start | One tap from the home screen | Browser and address |
| Installation | APK on Android, iOS route on iPhone | Opens in the browser |
| Updates | Install the new version | Always current |
| Storage | Uses space on the phone | Phone memory stays free |
If you play several times a week, the app opens the casino in one tap every time. For an occasional session, the mobile site does the same job straight from the browser.
Games on mobile
The mobile lobby has video slots from studios such as Pragmatic Play, and live casino tables from Evolution, where a real dealer runs roulette and blackjack on a video stream. Slots open in portrait or landscape depending on the game. Live tables stream video, so they run best on Wi-Fi or a strong mobile connection.
Deposits and withdrawals in the app
The cashier in the app offers Visa and Mastercard cards, the Skrill e-wallet, bank transfer, Neteller, Cashlib and several cryptocurrencies. The first deposit starts from €10, then the minimum deposit is €20, and a deposit reaches your balance as soon as the payment goes through.
Before your first withdrawal, the casino checks your identity, so keep an ID document and a proof of address at hand. After that, each withdrawal request is reviewed, within 72 hours at most. Once approved, e-wallet payouts usually arrive sooner than cards and bank transfers, which take 3 to 5 business days.
Bonuses in the app
New players activate the welcome bonus from the app's cashier: up to €1,200 from a first deposit of €10, with 40x wagering. If you deposit €300 or more, you can take a fixed €400 with 14 days of VIP status instead. Regular players find a Monday reload and Thursday free spins on the promotions page. The VIP club has several levels, and higher levels bring benefits such as higher payout limits. The bonus terms show how wagering works, with worked examples.

Support and live chat
For any question about a payment or a game, the live chat puts you in touch with the Tortuga Casino support team 24/7, in several languages. Have the e-mail address of your account ready, and for a payment question the transaction reference as well.

Frequently asked questions
Is the Tortuga Casino app free?
Yes. Downloading and installing it is free; you add money only when you make a deposit.
Can I use the welcome bonus in the app?
Yes. The welcome bonus of up to €1,200 is tied to your account, so you can activate it in the app after a first deposit of €10 or more. The bonus terms explain the 40x wagering.
What if the app will not install?
On Android, check that the install permission for your browser is on and that the file downloaded completely. The APK guide lists fixes for the usual errors. On iPhone, the home screen shortcut to the mobile site works in the meantime.
Is the Tortuga Casino app safe to use?
Tortuga Casino operates under a Curaçao gaming licence, and the connection between the app and your account is encrypted. Download the app only through the button on this page, and keep your login details to yourself.
Which payment methods work in the app?
Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, bank transfer, Neteller, Cashlib or cryptocurrencies. The first deposit starts from €10.
Does the app use a lot of mobile data?
Slots use little data once they have loaded. Live casino tables stream video continuously, so switch to Wi-Fi for longer live sessions.
Can I install the app on a tablet?
Yes. On an Android tablet the app installs from the APK in the same way as on a phone. On an iPad, follow the iOS route from the same button or add the Tortuga Casino site to the home screen.

Yes. The bonus and its wagering belong to your account, so bets you place in the app count on the computer too, and the other way round.
